My freedom - Travel LO

Here is my travel LO and the bonus LO
Journaling reads:
Where were you born?
St Austell, Cornwall
Where have you lived?
We moved around a bit when I was young because of Dad being in the police. SO I have lived in Lanivit, Woodley, Tadley, Thatcham, Southampton, Reading and now Basingstoke.
What travel experiences do you remember from your childhood?
We always left in the early hours of the morning when it was still dark “to miss the traffic”! That early morning smell always makes me think of going on holiday.
Camping is the other big childhood memory. I love camping and have always wanted to make that part of my children’s memories too.
Where do you travel on a day to day basis?
Most of my day to day travel is taking the boys to nursery either walking or in the car (depending on the weather!) Then driving to the supermarket or doing other errands.
We also travel a lot to visit family and friends usual by car.
What modes of transportation do you use?
The most frequent is the car, then walking. Occasional we travel by Bus, train or taxi.
What place in the world has left an impression on your soul? How did this happen?
New York. I always wanted to go and I had a romantic idea of what it would be like (too many episodes of Friends I guess!)
Mum and I finally went in 2005 and had an amazing time, it was all I thought it would be and more. It is one of the only places in the world that I have been that I knew I wanted to go back to again and again. I went back with Charlie this year and I could easily go every year. I don’t know what it is about New York but I love it.
So given no obligation, no cost, no need to pack sensibly or be responsible for anything other than your own happiness, where would you travel right now?
Easy – New York!

My Freedom - Time LO

Here is my time LO for Shimelle's My Freedom course
Journalling reads:
Time seems to go so quickly
Where is it going?
Everyday seems to go fast?
I plan alot & then the day is over
and nothing is done.
Time is strange
Does time heal?
I'm not sure.
How can a year have past since Mum died?
sometimes it feels like yesterday
sometimes like another lifetime

My Freedom - Time

So the new class with Shimelle has started and today was all about taking photo's to do with time and travel. Part of the class is a blog prompt which was "Post a picture you take from your clock adventure as you look for all the time pieces in your house"
Well here is mine!
This is my fav clock in the house. It is in the boys playroom and it is a MooCoo Claock! as the name suggests it has a cow instead of a cuckoo, which moo's instead of coo's!!!! Sue has one and Will loved it so Santa brought him one for Christmas!
